Sporran Nation is the home of Jen Cantwell, a leatherworker and illustrator who produces limited edition, bespoke sporrans, bags and accessories on commission, taking a Scottish tradition and giving it a contemporary twist, tailored to your own style. Casual, or formal there are a vast array of options here, including the use of non-animal products and repurposed vintage leather jackets.
Kids sizes can also be made as well as sporran bags for women, by changing the fittings and adding a long shoulder strap. Jen’s new work has a particular focus on tattooing on leather with bespoke ink work. All pieces are designed and handmade in the Sporran Nation studio and workshop in Forres, where you can also take day and weekend classes to learn how to make your own.
