Returns POLICY

RETURNS

Buyers must contact the Atelier within 5 days of receiving the goods and must return goods within 14 days of receipt.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and must ensure the item is returned in the condition it was received.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Acme Atelier is not responsible for any item lost in shipping.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the goods are received, by the method of payment at purchase.
